So this is Canada’s Minister for the Status of Women. She’s a doctor, which apparently doesn’t say very much about one’s reasoning skills.
She noted that childbirth is one of the leading causes of death among young women between the ages of 15 and 19 and blamed that largely on the appalling conditions in which they’re frequently forced to give birth.
So obviously the most reasonable cause of action, given the high mortality rates that occur when girls give birth, is to force them to do so! A+ skills in deduction, Harper Government. Never failing to impress me with your leaps of illogic.
